Registration Fees:

Registration fees, or a purchase order, are due no later than ten (10) days prior to the start of the seminar and include all process improvement training course materials and refreshments. A $25 service charge will be applied for returned checks. Invoices are sent via email.

Attendee Policy:

Process improvement training courses are open to end user practitioners only.

Substitutions, Transfers, Cancellation

If you register and find that you can’t attend, you may send an alternate in your place or you may select another date based on course and date availability. You must notify us in writing of your alternate date or replacement. Transfers received less than five (5) business days prior to the course date will be charged 50% of the entire fee. All cancellations, transfers, and substitutions must be confirmed in writing ten (10) business days prior to the course. If you do not attend the course and do not cancel ten (10) business days before the start of the course, monies will not be refunded.

DeltaPoint Consulting prohibits tape recordings of any sessions. DeltaPoint Consulting reserves the right to rearrange the business process mapping training courses content and is not responsible for typographical errors. Process mapping training courses may be cancelled and locations may be changed at the discretion of DeltaPoint Consulting. DeltaPoint Consulting is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants.
